Job Summary:
Provide the highest quality of customer service to
patients, fellow employees and referral sources through
the administration of office activities. Ensure proper
documentation is complete in a timely manner for each
patient. Order and manage inventory in an organized
method.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate scheduling of practitioner
schedules to ensure proper coverage of patient appointments
and out-of-office calls
Purchasing products and inventory
management
General office duties such as
copying, filing, and data entry
Ensure proper documentation is
received to bill claims in a timely manner
Experience and Skill Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Associate degree preferred
Minimum two years office administrative experience. Medical office experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Understanding of medical terminology
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
