Office Admistrator

Job Summary:
Provide the highest quality of customer service to patients, fellow employees and referral sources through the administration of office activities. Ensure proper documentation is complete in a timely manner for each patient. Order and manage inventory in an organized method.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to patients, fellow employees and referral sources
  • Coordinate scheduling of practitioner schedules to ensure proper coverage of patient appointments and out-of-office calls
  • Purchasing products and inventory management
  • General office duties such as copying, filing, and data entry
  • Ensure proper documentation is received to bill claims in a timely manner
Experience and Skill Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum two years office administrative experience. Medical office experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
